The Who

O The Who é uma das principais bandas de rock do mundo. A banda inglesa, que surgiu em 1964, foi uma das precursoras do ópera rock. Outra característica que deu fama a banda foi a tradição de destruir os instrumentos no final de cada show, especialmente o guitarrista Peter Townshend e o baterista Keith Moon.

Esse vídeo é da música "Water". Ela foi apresentada pela primeira vez no Festival da Ilha de Wight, em 1970. Nela você pode ver toda a energia das performances da banda, bem como a relevância de suas letras. Não encontrei nenhuma tradução decente para o português (se alguém se habilitar coloque nos comentários), então segue a letra em inglês.

Com certeza é uma boa dica para esse final de 2009 e começo de 2010.
